1. refresh your page automatically.

content means how many seconds the page need refresh again.
2. link title
< a href="../index.htm" title="home"> Home Page</a>
Title means when you move you cursor on the link, it'll show the content of title.
If it's a image link, when the image is not available it will show the title content inside a image frame.
